Hotel Cancellation Policy

Hotel reservations made in The Great Place To Work For All Summit reserved room block at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside can be cancelled up to 72 hours in advance of your arrival date. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours in advance of your arrival date will forfeit the one (1) night's room rate + tax deposit.

All attendees are responsible for their own hotel cancellations.

Recommended Travel Dates

We recommend that participants arrive starting midday on Tuesday, April 8, 2024, to have ample time to check-in at the hotel/event registration and join the Welcome Reception that starts at 5:30 p.m. Event badges are required to attend the Welcome Reception.

Summit programming will end around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 10. Therefore, we recommend booking a departing flight no earlier than 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2024, to ensure you have ample time to travel to the airport.
