What is the Great Place To Work® For All™ Summit?
The Great Place To Work® For All™ Summit is a three-day gathering of 1,600 leaders from over 500 organizations on their journey to create great workplaces for all.
When and where is the Great Place To Work® For All™ 2025 Summit?

Where should I stay?
To book your hotel accommodations and take advantage of our special group rate that starts at $145.00 - $325.00 USD/night (plus applicable taxes and fees) at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World, please click HERE. Room block rates are subject to availability. The GPTW4ALL room block closes on March 7, 2025.
If you wish to make your reservation by phone, you can do so by calling Hilton reservations at 1-888-4HONORS (888-446-6677), available 24/7. When calling, please reference the Great Place To Work For All Summit in Las Vegas in April 2025.
What are the event's safety precautions?
The Great Place To Work® team is dedicated to ensuring a great experience and keeping you safe during any ongoing pandemic conditions. The event will continue to adhere to the CDC and local health agencies recommendations and will update event health policies as necessary.

Can I buy event tickets when I get to the Summit?
This event has a limited quantity of tickets available and they are offered on a first come, first served basis. If there are any tickets left, they will be sold on-site. For the best chances of getting a spot at all the events you’d like to attend, register online in advance to secure your place!
Can I buy a ticket for just one session?
At this time, no.
Is there a virtual option if I cant attend on-site?
At this time, no.
What is the dress code?
Business casual. Temperatures in event spaces may fluctuate widely, and we do recommend wearing comfortable layers.
Can I bring a guest to the Summit and networking events?
All attendees at the Summit and networking events must be registered attendees who purchased tickets.
What kind of topics/sessions will be covered?
Topics covered will examine how to build a high-trust culture through rapid growth, For All leadership, innovation by all, recruiting and retaining talent, and maximizing human potential.
Can I take my own video of the Summit?
Attendees may take video at all optional events. Attendees will be asked to refrain from taking video during the educational sessions. There are no restrictions on photo taking, except to leverage courtesy and appropriate timing.
Can I receive professional development credit hours for attending?
Great Place To Work® is recognized by SHRM and HRCI to offer credit hours for attending our Summit. In the past, this activity has been approved for Recertification Credit Hours: HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™, SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute's® (HRCI®). Please make note of the activity ID number (To Be Announced) on your recertification application form. For more information about certification or recertification, please visit the HR Certification Institute website at www.hrci.org.
Can I send a substitute in my place?
You may send a substitute in your place at any time. All such requests must be submitted by email to the Great Place To Work® For All Summit™ Team at info@lomaagency.com or by phone at 1-877-322-4130 (Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm EST). Only requests made by the original registrant will be honored.
What is the refund policy?
If you must cancel your registration, you will be refunded the amount less a 20% handling fee per registration, provided that written notice of cancellation is received by February 28, 2025. Past February 28, 2025 until March 21, 2025, 50% of the paid ticket price will be refunded. No refunds will be granted after March 21, 2025, but we will accept a substitute attendee if we receive a written note from the registered attendee stating his or her intention to transfer registration to a named individual by March 21, 2025.
Requests for cancellations, substitutions, or refunds must be received in writing and submitted to info@lomaagency.com. Attendance may be denied if complete funds are not received by March 21, 2025.
NOTE: If you cancel or transfer your event registration, you are responsible for updating or transferring your own hotel reservations directly with the hotel.
In the unlikely event Great Place To Work needs to cancel the Summit, paid registration fees will be fully refunded. Great Place To Work's liability is limited to the return of these fees.
Will I receive event updates?
Yes, Great Place To Work® For All Summit™ will send emails periodically to update you on the agenda, event happenings, and logistics.

Policies
Payment Information
EARLY BIRD RATE: Payments for Early Bird tickets must be received no later than 30 days after the Early Bird rate expiry date. After this time, registrations will be automatically updated to reflect the current prevailing rates.
REGULAR RATE: All payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date, and must be received no later than March 21, 2025, or your registration may be subject to cancellation.

Group Registration & Special Rates
Are you attending as a group? Discounted rates are available for groups of 5-9 and groups of more than 10! There is also special pricing available for government, not-for-profit organizations, and veterans. Please fill out this form and the Great Place To Work® For All Summit™ Team will reach back out.
Meals & Breaks
During the Great Place To Work® For All Summit™, breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided. If you have food allergies or dietary requirements, please specify them when completing your registration form or contact info@lomaagency.com with your request.

Great Place To Work For All™ Summit Anti-Harassment Policy
The Great Place To Work For All Summit is dedicated to providing a harassment-free Summit experience for everyone (regardless of the following (but not limited to): gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion). We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any event venue, including talks.
