How do you recognize the World's Best Workplaces™?
That's the question we set out to solve when we asked 3.4 million employees in 90 countries to tell us about their work experiences. This study, the largest of its kind, builds on our expertise examining workplaces across the globe for more than 30 years.
The results? There’s good news and bad news for the world’s workers and organizations.
At the World's Best workplaces across the world, employees are thriving. Roughly 9 in 10 people in these companies are having a great experience. However, roughly half of employees worldwide don’t have a great workplace experience. The result is unhappiness, lower business performance and wasted human potential on a planetary scale.
