Being a woman and the youngest person on the team (things that are often looked down upon), I never felt like my voice or skill was valued any less than others. People here care what I think. Management promotes work-life balance, which the CEO prefers to call work-life "boundary". PTO is unmonitored and unlimited, and incredibly flexible. My manager said ski season is coming up and asked if I wanted to adjust my regular working hours and days so I could ski on weekday mornings.
