Being remote first since its founding in 2017, I've noticed that Cribl leadership has a lot of trust in people to do their job and gives everyone the opportunity and accountability to make an impact here. There is very little to none "office politics" that I've seen. Everyone I work with is smart and just trying to do their best work, support our customers, and have fun with their colleagues. We hold AMA (ask me anything) sessions once a month where a member of the exec teams answers questions about their personal and professional life so we get to hear from them, and there are also monthly all hands meetings where the exec team goes over the state of the company and answers all questions possible. It's a very welcome open forum for discussion and there are rarely things that they "shield" or "hide" from the general company.
