The investment they make in our people to grow professionally and socially is literally unheard of. Victory truly invests in their people. I'll never forget in one of our company wide meetings a new colleague didn't have a car and spontaneously we turned it into a fundraiser for our teammate. We compiled roughly $8K and an owner of the company himself went to the car lot and helped him purchase his first car. For myself, I got engaged last year, right after I took both our families out to dinner to celebrate. I went to pay for the check and found out the owners of the company paid the tab, that is a core memory and feeling I'll never forget.
