Participating in the Great Place To Work (GPTW) certification process is the first step to demonstrating your company’s commitment to fostering an innovative and inclusive culture FOR ALL. When you leverage the results of the Trust Index survey and the associated analyses provided by GPTW, you can make better informed decisions to ensure current and future employees experience a FOR ALL culture every day.
After receiving their 2018 GPTW results, software company Workiva engaged in frequent transparent discussions with employees across the company to better understand where improvements could be made. By securing complete support from executives and engaging in close partnership with employees at all levels from across the company, Workiva's scores across the GPTW focus areas increased by a cumulative score of 12 points in 2019. They have been named to numerous Great Place To Work lists including Best Workplaces for Millennials, Best Workplaces in Technology, and for the first time in 2019, were included in the 100 Best Companies to Work For.
