I’ve had the opportunity to lead our team through the past decade of For All Summits™. I compare our For All Summits to my AP American History Honors class in high school, taught by Mr. Cozine, where students hung out during lunch and stayed late after class, asking him to explain in deeper detail the complex dynamics between the Axis powers and the Allied powers.
Not only did we learn together, we created bonds with one another that helped us get through the grueling open-ended question exams and essays. We quizzed each other but made sure that we helped others when they were struggling with comprehending concepts. At our senior graduation, we sat together, beaming at Mr. Cozine behind the graduation podium.
Flash forward to many years later, I am humbled by the power of our community gathering together each year to push each other to excel. Today in its 20th year, our For All Summit is the largest gathering of business leaders intentionally focused on growing and scaling great workplaces for all.
