Here are the topics that resonated with readers this year.

Another year is coming to a close, and leaders are reflecting on the lessons learned in 2024.

The past 12 months have been busy for HR teams, with a tumultuous presidential election, a vehement debate over diversity & inclusion, and increasing demands that everyone return to the office. The uncertain financial picture in 2025 poses plenty of new questions for leaders in the workplace.

We learned a lot about the workplace this year with new research and insights from Great Place To Work®. A new report produced in partnership with Johns Hopkins found that well-being has dropped to its lowest levels since the pandemic. We also learned that employee resource groups offer untapped potential for companies to improve their business. And the debate over the return to office? We learned that companies that offer flexibility and choice are having better outcomes.

We also spent a lot of time talking about the rise of artificial intelligence: what great workplaces are doing to train workers on AI, how those efforts are impacting employees’ experience, and what this means for employee development and growth.

We’ll be sharing more about this in 2025. Be sure to join us for the For All Summit™ in Las Vegas on April 8-10 to learn about AI strategies that work and network with leaders from our community!

As we wrap up the year, we’re counting down the most-read articles on our site with helpful solutions and tested strategies to guide your efforts in 2025 and beyond.
