Confidentiality Disclosure
Welcome to the Great Place To Work® Trust Index Survey™! Your Employer has chosen to confidentially assess its workplace culture and employee experience to give them the tools to create a consistently and overwhelmingly positive employee experience for you!
This Confidentiality Disclosure is being provided to answer some questions you may have prior to responding to the Trust Index Survey.
Will my Employer be provided my responses?
Your individual survey responses will never be shared with your Employer in a manner that identifies those responses as coming from you. Your Employer will only be provided analysis of the aggregated, de-identified responses.
Your answers to the survey will remain confidential and your employer will never be granted access to the raw responses (other than the two open-ended responses).
What personal data do we collect - for what purposes?
Prior to launching the survey, and in order to enable you to respond to it, your Employer is required to provide us with information, some of which is likely to identify you, like email address, and therefore constitutes personal data. This personal data is determined by your employer.
During the survey process, you also have the opportunity to provide us, directly via the Emprising Platform, with additional information about yourself, on the basis of your free and informed consent. This information will enable us to produce a more accurate and refined survey result.
How do we use the personal data we collect?
We use your personal data as part of the performance of our services (legal basis for processing), to configure the platform which hosts the survey, to enable you to complete the survey, and to manage and administer the survey until its completion.
Your answers to this survey, once de-identified, aggregated and processed, may also enable your employer to earn a Great Place To Work® Certification.
Retention of personal data
Your personal data will not be kept beyond the period strictly necessary for the purposes pursued as set out in this Confidentiality Disclosure, and in accordance with the GDPR and applicable laws.
Changes to our confidentiality disclosure
We may modify this notice from time to time, in particular to comply with any regulatory, legal, editorial or technical developments.
